摘要：New materials of the Early Oligocene mammalian fauna collected from the Oligocene reddish clay at Chaganbulag (i.e. Lügenzadage) area of Alxa Zuoqi, Inner Mogolia are described here. These specimens which have some significance both in evolution of Oligocene mammals and in stratigraphy of Chinese Oligocene, were all found in 1959.
    Thus, Chaganbulag Fauna has at least 6 species: Embolotherizcnv grangeri, Teleolophus magnhs, Amynodon alxaensis, ?Harpagolestes alxaensis, Paracadurcodon suhaituensis and Teleolophus cf. medius.
    Beside these, there exist some fragmentary fossil rodents and lagomorphs in this area.
